TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OUR RETURN POLICY IN SHORT

  • You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it.
  • If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us at hello@slopedemocracy.com before returning the item.
  • Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return.
  • Ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of the notification.
  • You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in a parcel securely sealed to avoid any damage. You also need to include the receipt.
  • If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment.
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
  • If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

ORDERS ARE TRACEABLE

Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time. Once the order is completed you will receive a tracking-number in the order confirmation email.

SWEDISH SHIPMENT

Swedish orders are shipped by PostNord and will be delivered to your private mailbox or nearest PostNord Service Point within 1-3 business days, with the exception of sale periods. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@slopedemocracy.com if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
